Do I need a GPX file to order?
No. You can search any mountain peak, city, lake, or national park worldwide using our built-in location search. If you do have a GPX file from Strava, Garmin, Komoot, or Apple Watch, you can drop it in to project your exact route ribbon in vibrant orange directly onto the physical terrain.
How closely does the 3D print match the browser preview?
Very closely. The 3D model you inspect in the browser is the same model we use to print your keepsake. Because 3D printing is a physical layer-by-layer manufacturing process, fine surface layer lines are normal physical characteristics.
What materials and dimensions are used?
Printed using quality PLA — a vibrant, multi-colour material that is also environmentally friendly, as it is naturally derived. Models are available in 80 mm, 100 mm, and 120 mm print sizes, with outer dimensions expanding by 10 mm when an optional Hex or Circle display base is selected.
How long does production and shipping take?
Each keepsake is custom made to order. Production and quality inspection typically take 5–7 business days, followed by standard shipping within Malaysia (3–5 business days). A tracking number is emailed as soon as your package ships. Currently we only ship within Malaysia — if you want this shipped overseas, contact us.
Can I save my design and come back later?
Yes. TrailKeeps Studio saves your designs and uploaded GPX routes in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB) so you can safely return to customize, inspect, or complete your order anytime.
